Alex and his team did great work installing a new water heater and AC coil/compressor. It was a tight fit. They had to knock through three layers of brick for ventilation. The compressor was mounted on the side of my building. They replaced and fixed it all, leaving my house spotless.

Kevin and Angel did a great job with the duct cleaning and explaining everything and making sure I knew how to keep it well maintained. In an industry filled with scam-artists it's nice to know there are honest people out there

I spent a few days looking for air duct cleaning near me and I was fortunate enough to find Duct Professor Heating & Cooling. They have an extensive number of HVAC services, but I only needed air duct cleaning. They offered me a package that included dryer vent cleaning and sent over a couple of techs to my home in Wheeling, on the same day. The technicians were knowledgeable, very courteous and efficient. They worked fast and even applied disinfectant. Compared to other vent cleaning services, the prices were very affordable as well.

I called Duct Professor for a quote since our HVAC system was 20 years old and was not functioning properly. The owner scheduled an appointment with me via email and arrived on time. He thoroughly inspected both the A/C unit and furnace and advised to replace both. After discussing and explaining the types of units and payment options, we decided to proceed with the installation of the new units. A team of 3 people arrived the following week on time and completed the removal and the installation of the units that we selected. After installation finished, the service leader explained us how the units function, recommended maintenance and what needs to be monitored. Overall, excellent service and professional company. The team delivered a very high standard service with high quality products.

Absolutely 11/10 work. My newly purchased home previously had a cigar smoker and these guys worked all day to clean the ducts and sanitize them. Serious, proper duct work. They don’t cut corners. They even found a large carbon monoxide risk with the heat exchanger. Thanks again!!

Absolutely the best! The team that came to my Mom's home were so kind, so helpful and extremely patient. I cannot thank them enough. They worked so hard the entire time they were there. We were lucky enough to have the owner's son on said team who explained the entire duct system to me with such enthusiasm, it completely blew me away. They both showed such pride in their work. Again, the kindness they showed just proved to me that I had made the right decision when choosing them. I would recommend the Duct Professor to everyone.

I was having issues with our air conditioning and we called for a seasonal servicing. After hours of effort trying to get the system to function properly, it was determined that a new system was needed. We were warned last year during our appointment that this was likely. From there, they were able to complete a 1 day install just two days later. The guys did a great job and the system has been working great since.

I would highly recommend them for any heating, Ac, and furnace work. I had four different companies come out to give me an estimate, they gave me the best price, and product. They are professional, they cleanup after themselves, and they make sure everything is working before heading out. After seeing their work I had them come out to our non-profit to also install a new system there.

The service was outstanding. They showed up an hour ahead of schedule and had a crazy obstacle to get outside the window about 30 feet down. They thought outside of the box and were able to clean the dryer vent without any issues. Not only did they do a risky project, but this was the only service in Chicagoland area that went out of their way to make it happen. I could not thank the team enough and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area. Extremely friendly, great service, and an amazing rate. Thank you!
