As a trusted HVAC maintenance company, we never cut corners during the maintenance process. Our experienced crews will perform the following duties:
Furnace Tune-Up
- Check all system components -filters, electrical connections, and thermostats.
- Clean burners, flame sensors, pressure tubing, and condensate traps.
- Check all HSI's, flame sensors, and blower capacitors.
- Check heat exchanger with camera
- Perform a final operation test that guarantees your satisfaction
- Check CO reading
- Check all system components -filters, electrical connections, and thermostats.
AC Tune-Up Service
- Check all systems components - fans, coils, electrical components, and thermostats
- Remove debris from the unit and wash the AC condenser coil
- Check all contactors and capacitors
- Perform a final operation test that guarantees your satisfaction.
Minimum membership length is one year. First maintenance to be performed after 6 months of ownership of the membership, Duct Professor reserves a right to schedule first maintenance in the initial 6 month period. Coupons are not stackable for service or cleaning.
